Dr. Kehle-Forbes is not in-network for any insurance policies. She is considered an out-of-network provider. Some insurance policies will provide coverage (in full or in part) for out-of-network psychotherapy. If you are interested in trying to receive insurance coverage, I recommend speaking to your insurance company to determine if you have benefits to see an out-of-network licensed psychologist for psychotherapy (CPT Code 90791 for initial Diagnostic Visit and CPT Code 90837 for therapy sessions). I also recommend asking about any conditions that may apply (e.g., a deductible, a referral needed, limit on number of sessions)

If you wish to use insurance, Dr. Kehle-Forbes will provide you with the documentation typically needed to submit a claim. The document is called a “superbill,” which is an itemized list of services.
