Dr. Kehle-Forbes provides PE exclusively through virtual therapy, also known as telehealth. In virtual therapy, you meet live with your therapist using a secure video conferencing program on your phone or computer. Research has repeatedly found that clients get as much benefit from virtual therapy as from in person therapy. After scheduling your first appointment with Dr. Kehle-Forbes, you will have access to the Client Portal where you will be able to access your therapy materials and attend your virtual appointments.

In order to participate in virtual therapy, you must have a smart phone, tablet, or computer (tablet or computer preferred) with a reliable internet connection. You must have access to a quiet, private place where you can participate in therapy sessions. There should be no one else in the room with you (including children) and you should not drive or otherwise multitask during sessions. While most clients find virtual therapy to be more convenient than in person sessions, it is important to create a private and therapeutic environment for the appointments.
